We're seeking multiple Medical Device Assemblers to join our client, one of the largest medical supply manufacturing companies in Canada, located in Gananoque. As a Medical Device Assembler, you'll report to your Team Lead and play a key role in increasing efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer:
- Working hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm and 3:00pm to 11:00pm, rotating shifts (Days, lates & nights).
- Weekly pay.
- Comprehensive benefits program once hired on full-time.
- Salary: $19.00/hour + shift premium for lates and nights (lates $1, nights $1.50).
- Opportunities for growth and advancement, strong potential for conversion to permanent staff.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and complete assembly orders, packaging all orders into small pouches.
- Perform quality inspections.
- Report any errors.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and optimize space utilization.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
What We're Looking For:
- At least one year of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
- High school degree or equivalent in experience.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Clean criminal record.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work various shifts.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
