We're seeking an Overhead Crane Technician to join our client in the Engineering Industry on a permanent-basis

What We Offer:
  • Location: Bolton, Ontario
  • Work Hours: Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 5 PM (overtime pay for any workday over 8 hours of work)
  • Salary: $57,314 to $103,521/yr– company truck – 3 weeks’ vacation – RRSP Program – Paid 407 ETR – Paid overtime over 40 hours
  • Permanent, full-time, with benefits
  • Reporting to: Location Manager
What You'll Do:
  • Communicate regularly with customers to gather information related to technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical/air components used on cranes.
  • Perform preventative scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and proper working order of cranes.
  • Review technical inquiries of customers to recommend possible solutions related to the operation or maintenance.
  • Answer service calls.
  • Perform cold calling to attract new customers.
  • Be proactive & propose good technical solution to increase customer equipment durability.
  • Maintain Inventory.

What We're Looking For:
  • Electromechanical Engineering Technician program or equivalent degree.
  • Electrical License such as 442a, Journeyman Electrician, or Red Seal.
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
  • Full G driver's license.
  • Welding experience, an asset.
