We're seeking a Freight Auditor – Logistics industry for our client's team in the Brampton area. 

What We Offer: 
  • Location: Brampton, L7A 1K9 ON 
  • Salary: $20/hr
  • Shifts: Afternoons – Monday to Friday – 3 PM to 11:30 PM 
  • Start Date – ASAP on an ongoing basis.
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity 
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Audit and analyze all client billable vendor invoices in a timely manner, including reviewing invoices to ensure appropriate information is given and compliance with client-billing guidelines.
  • Investigate issues on pending invoices that may not comply with client billing guidelines and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain client contract files and perform audits as assigned.
  • Process payments for carriers, pick-up, delivery or handling of freight.
  • Audit invoices against purchase orders, research discrepancies, and request approval for payment.
  • Audit invoices for any changes that occurred after the shipment was received from the carrier or delivered to the customer.
  • Review and charge expenses to accounts and cost centers.
  • Provide answers and resolutions to branches, carriers and employees on routine issues and concerns related to invoice auditing.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous transportation auditing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with TruckMate is an asset.
  • Must have worked in a high-paced and high transactional environment.
  • Must have a clear criminal background check.
